Reservation Policies
- We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover Cards
- Massachusetts lodging tax not included in room rate
- Check in any time after 3:00 pm, check out by 11 am
- Room rate includes complimentary continental breakfast
- Room rate includes 2 guests, $15 per night each additional guest
- Kids age 12 and under stay free
- Cots are available for a $5.00 nightly charge
- All rooms are non smoking. FREE wireless internet
- All Rates subject to change
- Saturday nights we have a two night minimum (May-November)
ADDITIONAL POLICIES: Our office hours are 7:30am to 9:30pm.
Please note that check in is anytime after 3:00. Please let us know if you will be arriving after office hours so we can arrange for a key pickup.
Parking Policy
We allow only one car per room, we have limited space for additional cars for a fee of $25 a night, based on availability at time of check in. (Memorial Day- Labor Day)
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A one night advanced payment is required to guarantee your reservation. This deposit is refundable less a $25 processing fee as long as you call to cancel more than seven days prior to your first night stay. A processing fee will be accessed if you should need to change your reservation at any time. Should you cancel within the seven day period we will make every effort to resell your room; however, you may be required to forfeit your full deposit.
Pet Policy
All pets must be registered in the office and be accompanied by owner at all times. There will be an additional charge of $15.00 per night. Pets cannot be left in the room unaccompanied and housekeeping must be able to have access to the room between 9:00 – 3:00.
